One of the Jigawa State delegates to the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential primary, Alhaji Isah Baba-Buji, has died in Abuja.
Baba-Buji was the APC vice chairman for Jigawa Southwest. He was one of the 61 delegates from Buji Local Government,
He reportedly slumped and died today at Jigawa State Liason Office in Abuja.
The spokesman for APC in Jigawa State, Bashir Kundu, said Baba-Buji was pronounced dead while taking his breakfast and preparing to go to Eagle Square where the party’s primary will hold.
Kundu said Mr Baba-Buji’s body was being prepared to be conveyed back to Jigawa State for burial rites.
